Air Max Day 2019's lineup is shaping up to be one of the biggest that Nike has ever had for its self-created March celebration. This year, Nike seems to be focusing heavily on the "Have a Nike Day" theme as another Air Max 1 has surfaced that will be a part of the pack.
Unlike the multi-colored pair that has been previewed in recent weeks, this Air Max 1 opts for an all-blue look. Light blue mesh makes up a majority of the upper, while darker shades of blue suede cover the side panels, heel, and mudguard. Special details include a special "Have a Nike Day" tongue tag, Swoosh smiley face embroidered on the heel in white, and a metal dubrae of the same logo. The pair sits atop a white outsole and translucent bottoms.
This pair's all-blue construction makes it vaguely similar to the the rumored sequel to Sean Wotherspoon's Air Max 1/97, a design that also opted for the tonal color blocking.
Look for this Air Max 1 to release alongside the rest of Nike's "Have a Nike Day" pack some time in March to celebrate Air Max Day 2019.
