Jordan Brand is bringing back one of its past Team Jordan models at the top of 2019 to celebrate its 20th anniversary: the Jumpman Swift (formerly the Jumpman Swift 6).
The model originally released as Eddie Jones' unofficial third signature model with the brand back in 1999. Its unique design takes cues from the Air Jordan 15 such as the shape of the tongue and glossy phylon wing running up the side panels. The white leather upper is also accented by a black nubuck toe, large Jumpman logo on the heel, and smaller yellow Jumpman on the lateral portion of the tongue. This silhouette's main feature is its zipped shroud over top of the lacing system.Â
Along with the OG "White/Black/Tour Yellow" makeup, Jordan Brand is also bringing back the Jumpman Swift in "Black/Red" and Lakers-esque color schemes that could be paying homage to Jones' playing days with the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat.
Interested buyers can grab the OG black-and-white colorway at select retailers like nike.com now for $140. Release dates for the other two pairs have yet to be announced.
