NBA Player Spencer Dinwiddie Releases Self-Endorsed Sneaker

NBA player Spencer Dinwiddie of the Brooklyn Nets' self-endorsed sneakers are available for pre-order now in three colorways for $150.

Brooklyn Nets' point guard Spencer Dinwiddie is launching his very own self-endorsed sneaker with his brand K8IROS, available for pre-order starting today exclusively on the Project D.R.E.A.M (Disrupt Reality Every Available Moment) website.

Dubbed the K8IROS 8.1, the low-top basketball sneaker features a breathable mesh construction that wicks away moisture from the skin with a sustainable sock-liner that conforms to the wearer's foot while still maintaining stability. The upper sits atop the brand's high-performance KronoFoam midsole. Additional details from Dinwiddie include his hometown of Los Angeles' skyline on the sides, quotes on the soles and his signature SD8 logo throughout.

"There aren't enough ways to repay the unconditional love and support my grandmother and brother have always given me. December 8th is my family's day and I want to share some of that love with the world by launching my shoe," said Dinwiddie. "I wholeheartedly believe in creative autonomy and a person taking full control of their brand. Project D.R.E.A.M. has equipped me with the tools to do just that. I am excited to introduce my brand, K8IROS, and thank everyone for their continued support," says Dinwiddie in a statement.

Two iterations of the K8IROS 8.1 are available for pre-order right now with the "Perception" for $150 and the multicolored "BK Bridge" colorway for $160 with the sneakers shipping out in 6-8 weeks.
