The University of Oregon Ducks have long been privy to exclusive editions of Air Jordans. Players and even fans of the team have seen these green and yellow-covered sneakers become some the most coveted and expensive editions of their respective models.
Ahead of the football team's upcoming matchup against the UCLA Bruins this weekend (where they'll be wearing Jordan Brand uniforms), the program has been treated to another exclusive sneaker. This time around, it's the "Tinker" edition of the Air Jordan 3. The sneakers utilize a green nubuck upper with a yellow Jumpman on the tongue, and the school's famous "O" logo on the heel. This variation on the AJ3's most notable feature, its Swoosh, has an extra embellishment too. Similar to a theme popularized by Travis Scott's Air Force 1 collab, these 3s feature removable Velcro logos that can be swapped from black to yellow.
Based on past models, it is unlikely that this University of Oregon Ducks-themed Air Jordan 3 will ever be sold at retail, but that hasn't ever stopped them from hitting the resell market.
