New York Knicks Colors on New Air Max 98s

The Nike Air Max 98 has surfaced in a New York Knicks-esque colorway. The pair sports a mesh, leather, and suede upper, as well as pixelated graphics.

Still celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Air Max 98, Nike has created a brand new colorway that is perfect for any New York Knicks fans trying to ring in the upcoming NBA season. 

The multi-paneled upper features a white mesh base layer, black leather overlays, and a blue suede wrapping the mud guard. Orange hits appear on the lace loops, inner tongue, heel branding, Air bubble, and outline the mini Swoosh on the lateral side.

An additional detail has been added to this pair on the medial side as well. A pixelated "98" has been stamped on the leather overlay usually left blank. The pixel theme continues on the orange and black insole graphic indicating some sort of subtle tie-in to the graphics commonly seen during the late '90s.

Expect to see this colorway of the Nike Air Max 98 arrive at retailers this November. An exact release date has yet to be revealed.
