His personal scenery may be changing next season, but DeMar DeRozan is retaining his role as the league's de facto lead of Kobe Bryant's signature sneaker line on-court. Earlier today, the new San Antonio Spur took the floor for his Drew League squad in what is being called the newest addition to the Nike Kobe A.D. series.

Somewhat 'utility' in appearance, the new model is a mesh-constructed low-top featuring a looped speed lacing system and what is likely a Zoom Air cushioning setup. The unique colorway is made up of grey, navy, yellow and crimson, with a hint of bronze on the counters and multicolored heel logos.

While details haven't been confirmed, Drew League says the new Kobe A.D. is rumored to be releasing on Aug. 24 — Kobe Bryant Day. We'll continue to follow up with updates in the coming weeks here at Sole Collector.
