Under Armour is looking to upgrade its performance basketball category with two new models that showcase the brand's Hovr cushioning system—the Hovr Havoc Low and Hovr Havoc Mid.

Each iteration of the lightweight shoe is composed of a two-layer knit upper with synthetic overlays on the toe box and side panels. A plastic heel counter provides additional lockdown and also displays the Under Armour logo on its lateral side. Other details include a TPU shank in the midfoot and carved out arch on the medial side for further support.

The major feature of these performance sneakers is the midsole technology that was originally introduced in some of UA's new running silhouettes earlier this year. It is created by encapsulated Hovr foam within an Energy Web mesh to provide a smoother and more comfortable ride on the court.

Both the low and mid-cut Hovr Havoc models will be releasing on August 31 via Under Armour Brand Houses and ua.com for $105 and $115, respectively.
