Nike's mash-up "What the" colorways have yet to bleed into Converse's offerings—although JW Anderson's 2017 glitter-covered collab came close—but there's a new model on the way that fits the bill despite the lack of an official moniker.
Courtesy of Japan's Billy's comes a Chuck Taylor All Star Low outfitted with various mismatched canvas panels for a look that's reminiscent of many of the popular "What the" make ups. The right shoe gets a heavy dose of duck camouflage along with orange and green panels, while the left restricts the camouflage to the tongue and uses orange and navy.
In addition to their unique colorway, this collab is notable for being made in Japan, a rare distinction for Chuck Taylors.
The Billy's x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Low is available now for preorder from billys-tokyo.net for ¥ 16,200 (around $146) with an official release date of Friday, July 13.
