First revealed as a sample in 2017 and eventually released this year, the theme of the split "Homage to Home" Air Jordan 1 is resurfacing in a new color combination.

Longtime Jordan Brand ambassador Quentin Richardson debuted the new pair on Instagram, providing few details but offering up an apparent nickname in "Board of Governors." The tagline is a likely reference to the NBA's rulemaking branch, although the coloway's connection is to-be-determined.

Splitting a "Royal" lateral section with the color blocking of the Fragment Design collaboration, this unreleased make up includes additional details such as Michael Jordan's signature and a "B.O.G." tag near the heel.

It remains to be seen if this pair will make it to stores, but the original "Homage to Home" colorway can be picked up on the aftermarket for just north of $200.
