Streetwear OGs The Hundreds are collaborating with Reebok Classic for the third time with a pack that nods to Reebok's unlikely roots in skating and The Hundreds' Gemini-like design language.
The Hundreds x Reebok Classic "Gemini" pack includes the Workout Plus in black/gum and Workout FVS in fuchsia. Inspired by the skateboard community's embrace of the Workout model, The Hundreds chose the model's Plus and FVS iterations and gave each two distinctly different designs.
The Workout Plus blends black suede and oiled full grain leather atop a gum rubber outsole, while the Workout FVS uses a fuchsia oiled suede upper with an off-white liner and midsole and teal accents. The Hundreds says the contrasting colors are a reference to its brand ethos of never taking itself too seriously—something more brands could benefit from.
This collab is set to launch exclusively from The Hundreds Los Angeles and online on Friday, June 15, with a wider release at select retailers on July 1.
