After helping jumpstart the prevailing dad shoe trend, Raf Simons is prepping for Independence Day with an Ozweego that would be perfect for manning the grill.
The Fourth of July-themed pair uses Simons' Replicant Ozweego variation, which was first introduced in March. The deconstructed design includes cut-outs on the upper, allowing wearers to show off the matching socks that come packaged with the kicks.
This particular colorway was chosen by the Belgium-born designer as a tribute to his new home in the U.S. after moving to New York last year. It mixes white with cobalt blue, signal red, and a standout pink shade which covers the top of the shoe.
There's no word if this USA-themed make up will be as limited as previous Replicant Ozweegos (just 500 pairs of each colorway were released), but it will be released from 50 stores worldwide Thursday, June 28 for $450.
