Throughout the 2018 NBA Playoffs, Nike has been dropping various retro basketball models celebrating memorable players and performances that made up its "Art of a Champion" pack. When the 16-shoe collection was initially announced, Nike also promised that a mystery shoe would also be unveiled to celebrate the eventual 2018 NBA Champions.
Today, Golden State Warriors forward Jordan Bell gave a first look at the pair that might be the final piece of the "Art of a Champion" collection before taking the streets of Oakland to celebrate with his teammates for their official championship parade.
The silhouette of choice is the Epic React Flyknit. To commemorate the occasion, Nike dressed the runner in a black and white Flyknit upper and gold detailing symbolizing the Larry O'Brien trophy. Like the rest of the releases thus far from the pack, a gold hangtag of the championship trophy also hangs from the laces.
For now, it is unclear if these pairs are exclusive to the team, or will be getting a wider release. Stay tuned as more information becomes available regarding this special pair celebrating the Golden State Warriors 2018 NBA title.
