Continuing its recent practice of slapping excessive amounts of branding onto some of its most popular models, Nike is introducing yet another sneaker with a ton of logos. This time around, it's selected the Air Max 97 to receive the treatment.
The pair sports an all-black nylon and leather upper with red hits used on the branding found on the mid panel, tongue, and heel pull tab. Upon closer examination, a tonal all-over print consisting of multiple Nike logos can be seen occupying the mud guard.Â
While a stateside release has yet to be confirmed, pairs of the popular Air Max model have already started to pop at overseas retailers like Atmos. The Japanese retailer recently released a pack of sneakers dubbed the "We Love Nike" pack with a similar all-over print branding.Â
This black and red Nike Air Max 97 can be purchased here for ¥18,000 (app. $163).
