Adidas Consortium and Tokyo based-Mita Sneakers are linking up for a special collaboration that incorporates different aspects of each brand.
Picking the Stan Smith and NMD TS1 silhouettes for this pack, the two brands are working together for the first time since 2016. Dubbed "Coordinates and Cages," the two collaborative styles reference the geographic location of the respective retailers and the wire display caging Mita uses to show their different footwear styles.
This collab is set to release exclusively through Mita Sneakers on Saturday, July 7, followed by a second release from Consortium accounts on July 14. Find out more about each style below.

The NMD TS1 PK silhouette features a Primeknit upper with a Boost midsole. The colorway features blue and green hits on the NMD's signature EVA plugs. The upper includes a pull tab lacing system and a wire graphic representing the cages Mita famously displays their sneakers in. The rear and front pull tabs feature the geographic coordinates of both Mita Tokyo and the Adidas headquarters in Germany, ringing true to the Mita motto: "the respect is mutual."

The Mita take on the Stan Smith includes some noticeable alterations from the OG silhouette. Most obvious is the side zipper that runs from the ankle to the toe box. The upper is made from premium leather materials and comes in a black colorway with a contrasting white sole. A blacked out heel tab includes white script and a perforated rear pull tab to complete the black and white aesthetic.
