Under Armour Project Rock 1 Profile

Having already proven to be a successful sneaker salesman with his own make-ups of the existing Delta trainer, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has added yet another role to his seemingly endless list of jobs—signature sneaker endorser.

The Rock has officially unveiled his first signature model with Under Armour, the Project Rock 1. An all-purpose trainer, the Project Rock 1 features a synthetic upper, bootie-construction for a snug fit, Micro G cushioning and nubbed outsole traction. His logo, the famous Brahma Bull, adorns the heel.

"Creating one of the greatest training shoes you’ll ever wear continues to be my goal," said Johnson on Instagram. "Been training in these for over a year to improve their quality and performance. They’re ready... and so are you."

The Project 1 debuts in a red, white and blue colorway as a nod from the Rock to America's soldiers on Memorial Day, when the sneakers will be released on underarmour.com. Retail will be $120.
