Sole Collector's One of One series is back this week with a look at an exclusive pair of retro Air Jordans from the private collection of Nick Cannon.

The Air Jordan 7s were created for Cannon's Wild 'N Out show, which has aired on MTV since 2005. With a black and grey base reminiscent of the model's OG "Bordeaux" and DMP "Raptors" colorways, this exclusive version features metallic gold branding and accents combined with bright red hits and a translucent outsole.

From a glance, it's easy to overlook the connection to the series, something Cannon says was intentional. “I wanted the Wild ’N Out logo to be somewhere on the shoe, but not like plastered on the tongue or on the side of the shoe. So the fact we were able to put it on the sole is just enough to show that yo, these are special, but at the same time, it still stays true to what the actual shoe is," he says.

For a breakdown behind the design of the colorway and more, watch the clip below.
