Over the past few weeks, the status of Drake's sneaker endorsement deal has been a topic of much discussion. Rumors started that Drizzy was unhappy with his Jordan Brand deal, and soon after he started being spotted repping Adidas in Ultra Boosts, Yeezys, and apparel. Then, it came to light that the upcoming "Raptors" Air Jordan 4 was originally supposed to be connected to the Toronto rapper when images surfaced with his signature on the tongue. Now, more fuel has been added to the fire by a direct member of the Jordan family.

Michael Jordan's son, Marcus, hit Twitter this morning to throw some shade at the "God's Plan" rapper. While LeBron James was transforming the city of Toronto into "LeBronto" last night with his stellar 43-point Game 2 performance against the Raptors in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, cameras caught Drake courtside looking a little down in the dumps. The visual became an instant meme and Marcus added his own commentary saying the look of disappointment was because now he is, "stuck in Adidas Kicks...FOREVER."

And you’re now stuck in Adidas Kicks... FOREVER *Cardi B voice*🤭🙊 https://t.co/X6pW09Kzl6

Although Marcus later clarified his tweet by saying he was just having fun and that there is "nothing confirmed" regarding Drake's status with Jordan Brand or Adidas, it's looking more likely that Drizzy's time with the Jumpman has come to an end.

Btw, nothing confirmed on The Boy... just let me be “PettyMJ” for a second🤷‍♂️
