In what could be an attempt to shift the focus away from his recent political statements and highly offensive remarks about slavery, Kanye West is tweeting about sneakers again.
After confirming that his updated Yeezy Boost 700 will take on the V2 moniker, Kanye's sharing another look at what he's calling an "approved 700 V2" colorway. Along with the new image, his tweet states that this colorway is set to release in Q4, which would place its launch somewhere in the fall/winter season between October and December.
The sneakers themselves make use of a mixed grey palette on the upper along with a solid dark gray midsole and gum rubber tooling.
Other recent looks at the 700 V2 include an all-black makeup featured in a recent Yeezy Season lookbook.
