Despite a lack of physical images, Adidas'upcoming collaboration with Dragon Ball Z is already one of the year's most buzzed-about collections. It's made up of eight different sneakers including this model inspired by the series' lead protagonist.
This Dragon Ball Z x Adidas ZX 500 RM "Son Goku" takes its inspiration from the one-and-only Goku with colors inspired by the hero's signature outfit. It features an orange upper with a yellow mesh base, navy accents, and red laces. An update to the ZX 500 heritage model, this modernized version uses a Boost midsole.
The ZX 500 RM "Son Goku" is expected to release in August 2018 with other styles in the range dropping throughout the fall. Check back soon for official details.
UPDATE (07/23): More images of the rumored "Son Goku" Dragon Ball Z x Adidas ZX 500 RM have surfaced, revealing new details including special branding on the medial side and heel. A release date is still unconfirmed, but the Dragon Ball Z collection is expected to begin releasing in August.
