With all the fanfare and celebratory releases centered around the Puma Suede's 50th anniversary, it was only right that the brand linked with sneaker OG Bobbito Garcia to produce two special-edition colorways.

A cultural influencer long before it became a buzzword, Bobbito gave the model a simple yet standout makeover. "I thought of creating something that’s reminiscent to simpler times of the '70s during my era of coming up when styles were fluid, sleek, and simple, but also always related to b-ball culture," he said in a press release.

The result is two Puma Suedes in white/royal blue and burnt orange/white, each of which feature suede uppers and gum outsoles. Bobbito's signature appears in gold toward the heel, while his "where'd you get those?" tagline is printed on the inner heel of each style.

The Puma Suede's anniversary celebration rolls on with the release of this collab on Saturday, May 12 from puma.com and select retailers.
