The 2018 FIFA World Cup is still a little over a month away, but brands are already getting started with special sneaker releases inspired by the tournament. The latest label to get in on the action is Adidas Originals, with three Japanese streetwear-rooted collabs on one of the game's most important silhouettes.

The Adidas Originals "Winning Collection" sees the football (soccer) staple Samba model take three distinctly different directions through collaborations with the likes of Bape, Neighborhood, and White Mountaineering. Alongside matching football kits, each designer has given the sneaker premium co-branded makeovers.

Bape chose a suede-based red, white, and grey combination which makes use of its signature camouflage print on the Three Stripes branding, liner, and insole.

Meanwhile, Neighborhood opted for a black leather base with suede overlays and neon green branding

Lastly, White Mountaineering stuck with its signature palette for a suede iteration of the sneaker which uses multiple shades of grey and a white midsole.
