After initially making rounds sporting a colorway celebrating James Harden's yet-to-received 2018 NBA MVP award, a batch of new color schemes has been revealed of Adidas' latest takedown model for the Harden line that US11 is calling the B/E 2.Â
Similar to the original B/E model, the second edition provides a Harden-endorsed basketball sneaker at a lower price point. To achieve that affordability, certain materials and tech differ from the superstar's signature line. For instance, the B/E 2 sports a mesh upper in place of the Primeknit found on the Harden Vol. 2, and also swaps out Boost cushioning for Bounce in the midsole.Â
This new look gives a peak at six colorways that include volt/black, grey, black/grey, triple white, and all-black options. For the Rockets fans, there is also an option that sports a white upper with red detailing. While branding is fairly minimal, Harden's logo is stamped on the tongue.Â
Pairs of the Adidas B/E 2 have started to pop up at retailers overseas. A stateside release has yet to be announced.Â
