Adidas could find itself in some legal trouble following a serious injury suffered by an employee at Kanye West's office in Calabasas, according to a report by TMZ

The report claims that two months ago an employee was helping move a large 3D printer at the Yeezy office when it fell onto his foot. The injury was so bad that he had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. While nothing has been confirmed, word is that the employee's foot may have been amputated due to the nature of the injury.

Now, the Occupational Safety and Health Association is investigating the incident further to determine if any potential workplace violations caused the mishap to occur. Adidas could be facing up to $129,000 in fines per violation. The employee who suffered the injury has yet to return to work.

This latest development is yet another thing to add to the negative news that has surrounded Kanye West in recent weeks which includes criticism for openly supporting Donald Trump, and comments on slavery. Adidas CEO Kasper Rorsted has since made a statement assuring that the brand would not be dropping West due to those comments.

Adidas has not responded to Sole Collector's request for a comment on the situation.
