ASAP Rocky signed an endorsement deal with Under Armour last September, but aside from a rumored sneaker collaboration which was quickly shot down, little has materialized from the partnership. This trend continued last night, when the rapper performed on The Tonight Show.
Rather than break out a pair of Under Armour sneakers—or any of the brand's apparel, for that matter—Rocky opted for a pair of "Banned" Air Jordan 1s with an outfit that matched the crash test dummy theme that has surrounded his upcoming album.
While it's possible that Rocky's deal includes a clause that allows him to wear competing brands, it's safe to say Under Armour would've rather had the spotlight here. Check out the performance in the video above.
