Travis Scott has made some noise in recent weeks with the unveiling of his upcoming "Oilers" Air Jordan 4 collaboration. While the Houston-inspired pair has quickly become one of the year's more anticipated drops, La Flame was recently spotted in another yet-to-be-released Air Jordan 4.
Over the weekend, Scott celebrated his birthday with girlfriend Kylie Jenner, Kanye West, and the rest of the Kardashians at a Six Flags amusement park that Jenner rented out for the rapper. The experience was likely inspired by his upcoming album AstroWorld, which is named after the defunct theme park he attended as a kid growing up in Houston. Since they couldn't rent out the actual park, the park was decorated with AstroWorld signage to mimic the real thing.
For the night out, Scott rocked an unreleased pair of Air Jordan 4s. A similar grey and black colorway was seen on the feet of Jenner earlier this year as well that sported red "Nike Air" branding hits on the heel. Some noticeable differences between the two are that Jenner's had a white midsole and black heel tabs, whereas Scott's dons a black midsole and grey heel tabs It is unclear up to this point if these pairs were specially made just for Scott's friends and family or if they will ever see an official release.
Whether or not additional collaborations see a release, La Flame fans will get their chance at the "Oilers" pair when they hit retailers on June 23.
