LeBron James has never been shy about his admiration for retired MLB star Ken Griffey Jr., having already honored the baseball legend on a "Swingman" edition of the Nike LeBron 9. And for the final installment of #LeBronWatch, he's paying tribute to Griffey once again  on a new colorway of the LeBron 15.

The shoe most closely resembles the "Fresh Water" colorway of the Air Griffey Max 1, with a green and black upper, a white Swoosh moved to the toe, and red detailing throughout. The highlight is found on the heel where Griffey's Swingman logo has been flipped to LeBron's Dunkman design.

The PE colorway appeared on the Nike SNKRS app tonight for $200, but it looks as though Nike may have jumped the gun on the release. James isn't actually wearing the shoes in tonight's game, and just minutes after they went live, they were pulled from the app.

This fifth entry to the #LeBronWatch campaign joins previously released Diamond Turf, Air Mowabb, "Nike Box," and Air Max 95-inspired designs, as well as Monday night's  "South Beach" edition and January's Waffle Trainer version—both of which remain player exclusives.

UPDATE (04/03): After much speculation, King James is finally taking the court tonight in his Griffey-inspired LeBron 15s for the Cavs' home matchup against the Toronto Raptors. Sign-ups for the special "Fresh Water"-styled LeBron signature are currently open on Nike SNKRS via the draw raffle for just 23 minutes.
