Kobe Bryant isn't the type to choose a single heir to his throne, but DeMar DeRozan has been the closest thing to a successor in leading his signature line since the Mamba hung up his sneakers in 2016. So it's no surprise that like Isaiah Thomas and Devin Booker, DeRozan will soon get his own PE colorway of the Nike Kobe A.D. Mid.
Seen here in detail, the DeRozan Kobe A.D. Mid features varying shades of blue, highlighted by a snake-like pattern throughout the upper. White fills imperfect Swoosh branding along the quarters, while logo hits on the tongue appear in gold. One interesting detail is the insole, which bears a graphic of Bryant in his Olympic uniform next to DeRozan in his Raptors jersey—thus the '10/10' mark on the heel.
