It's been an uneasy past few months at Nike after accusations of inappropriate workplace conduct preceded the departure of two top executives including brand president Trevor Edwards, and now another key name has exited the company.

Bloomberg reports that Antoine Andrews, vice president of diversity and inclusion at Nike, has left the brand. No further details on Andrews' departure were disclosed, but it comes at a pivotal time as Nike looks to promote more equality and inclusiveness.

In a memo to employees earlier this month, Nike's executive vice president of global human resources Monique Matheson admitted that the company has not done enough to promote women and minorities to top positions.

"We've become aware of reports of behavior occurring within our organization that do not reflect our core values of inclusivity, respect, and empowerment at a time when we are accelerating our transition to the next stage of growth and advancing our culture," CEO Mark Parker wrote last month, when another company-wide message was sent to employees addressing reports of inappropriate behavior and announcing Edwards' resignation.

Less than 24 hours after Edwards' departure was announced, reports surfaced that Nike's vice president and general manager of global categories Jayme Martin had been "forced out of the company" after complaints.

UPDATE (04/18): Wall Street Journal says two more employees have exited the brand. According to the report, both Vikrant Singh, North America senior brand director for Nike Basketball, and Daniel Tawiah, vice president of global brand digital marketing innovation, have been forced out of the company. It's not clear if either departure is directly related to the ongoing workplace investigations.

UPDATE (04/19): Following the exits of Andrews, Singh, and Tawiah earlier this week, Portland Business Journal has confirmed yet another major shakeup at the executive level. Greg Thompson, vice president of footwear at Nike, has left the company. Unlike the departures of Singh and Tawiah, it appears Thompson was not forced out of the company but rather left on his own accord.
