Officially known as the Air Max 90/1, this model combines the midsole and outsole of the Air Max 90 with the upper of the OG white and red Air Max 1. Unlike recent "Anniversary" Air Max 1s, this hybrid does not use mesh and synthetic suede, but instead opts for a full leather construction.
Nike's product description goes on to state that the Air Max 90/1's leather toe box was "engineered to mirror the same improved toe shape" of the aforementioned "Anniversary" styles. However, based on the images provided, it's difficult to determine if this update is as sleek as its inspiration.
The Air Max 90/1 will release this fall for a retail price of $140.
