From the "Moon Landing" Air Max Lunar 90 to countless "Galaxy" colorways, space-inspired sneakers have been a fixture of Nike's collections for years, and it's a trend that doesn't look to be slowing down any time soon.
The brand's latest space-inspired styles come without the marketing one might expect from a release like this, but that doesn't make them any less special. With little warning, Nike's released two "Moon Landing" models in the Air Force 1 Low and the Air Huarache.
Both styles share matching "Moon Particle/White/Neutral Indigo" color schemes and combine tan suede uppers with a starry print reminiscent of NASA's logo, although it's worth mentioning that this is not an official collaboration. Inside, the insoles of each sneaker feature a graphic depicting an astronaut planting a Nike flag on the moon.
The "Moon Landing" Air Huarache is available now from nike.com for $120, while the Air Force 1 Low has started popping up at retailers including Jimmy Jazz for $100.
