Beginning with the 2018-19 season, University of Houston's basketball program will be repesenting Jordan Brand on the court.
The school announced the deal earlier today, joining schools such as North Carolina, Georgetown, Marquette, Michigan, Florida and Oklahoma. Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
According to the Houston Chronicle, coach Kelvin Sampson received word that Houston would join Jordan Brand back in November. As a perk, the entire team was gifted the "Bred" Air Jordan 9 Retro.
Houston just completed its best season in years, returning to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2018.
