On the latest episode of Complex's Sneaker Shopping, host Joe La Puma hit up Flight Club New York with the undisputed king of on-court kicks in the NBA, P.J. Tucker.
During the episode, Tucker shows off some of the special Air Jordan PEs from his personal stash, as well as discussing his teammate Chris Paul's Air Jordan collection, older shoes falling apart when he plays in them, and even the time he impressed the man himself with one of his rare Air Jordan PE sneakers.
During his time with the Phoenix Suns, Tucker rocked a Shawn Marion PE of the Air Jordan 5, a pair Jordan didn't even have. Jordan was so impressed he even shouted to him asking where he got them from. "I hear somebody calling my name. In NBA games, it happens all the time," says Tucker. "But the voice was distinctive. I knew who it was. As soon as I turned around and saw him I couldn't even respond. It was crazy."
