It's been almost a decade since "South Beach" mania took over the sneaker world during the fallout of LeBron James' jump to the Miami Heat, but it looks like the breezy colors could be making a comeback for 2018.
The latest model to adopt a Miami-esque color combination is the Nike Air Max 98, a sneaker that you can expect to see a lot of this year as Nike celebrates its 20th anniversary. Here, the "Pure Platinum/Obsidian/Kinetic Green" colorway's dominant color is grey, with dark obsidian filling in most of the details while accents of green and pink complete the "South Beach" look.
Whether feeling nostalgic, or just looking for the perfect match for the new "Miami Vice" Heat jersey, this pair will reportedly be available from Nike Sportswear retailers beginning March 30.
