Nike Air Max Day takes place tomorrow, March 26, and along with it comes the long-awaited Air Max 97/1 'Sean Wotherspoon' collaboration. However, it doesn't appear that this will be the only collab to be featured for the sneakerhead holiday. Nike appears to be cooking up something special with the folks over at popular live trivia app, HQ Trivia.
HQ Trivia gives millions of users the opportunity to win cash prizes twice a day and apparently has a surprise for sneaker and trivia fans alike. The collab will attempt to blend the two seemingly distant worlds of copping kicks and answering trivia, but competing against millions of other people via an app and taking a hard "L" to some random users is something that the two crowds understand very well.
Billboards in New York City, as well as some tweets from HQ Trivia, made the announcement and stirred up the already boiling over pot that is Nike Air Max Day.
