Once again, the future of the NBA was on display as stars from around the world battled Team USA in the 2018 Rising Stars Game Friday night.
As expected, the brightest young star of the them all was none other than Sacramento Kings rookie and game MVP Bogdan Bogdanovic, who knocked down 7 three-pointers en route to a 26-point outing. Along with Buddy Hield's 29 and 21 from Jamal Murray, the World defeated USA 155-124. Jaylen Brown led all scorers with 35 points for the Americans.
For the showcase, Nike and Adidas made bright orange colorways of current performance models for their respective representatives. Dennis Smith Jr. took flight in Under Armour's new silo, Jaylen Brown paid homage to Tracy McGrady and while he sat out due to injury, Lonzo Ball debuted a new colorway of the Big Baller Brand ZO2 Prime Remix.
