Reebok has tapped L.A.'s own YG for a special collaboration with Bait launching for NBA All-Star Weekend. Dubbed the "4HUNNID" Classic Nylon, this colorway pays homage to his home city and Blood gang affiliation.
Red nylon and Kevlar panels make up the majority of the upper, with white leather snakeskin accents present on the side stripe branding, tongue and heel tab. Tying back to the Compton rapper is '400' debossing on each heel and skeleton hands making the letters 'Y' and 'G' on the footbeds. Other special hits include 'Lost' and 'Angels' written on the left and heel tabs, and 'Fuck You' and 'Pay Me' written on the back of each tongue, respectively.
Presumably, this pair was originally set to release alongside the controversial blue colorway tied to fellow Cali rapper Nipsey Hussle earlier this week.
The Bait x YG x Reebok Classic Nylon "4HUNNID" will be available starting Friday, Feb. 16 at the Bait x Reebok pop-up located at 1054 S Olive St. in Los Angeles for NBA All-Star Weekend. Retail is set at $130.
