DRose.Reborn has posted renderings showing what the model will look like in 4 different colorways—black/gold, black/red, white/black, and grey. A Primeknit construction is used on the uppers with Three Stripes branding, but note that the midsole does not feature Boost cushioning as has been seen on Rose's last few models. Instead, it appears to feature Bounce.
Rose signed a 14-year deal worth potentially over $200 million with Adidas back in 2012 that included a collection of signature models. Injuries and off-court issues, however, have plagued Rose's career and threatened to shorten it, calling into question whether or not the partnership would continue.
The D Rose 9 is expected to drop in July 2018.
