Following theSneakeasy pop-up opening in New York, Nike and Foot Locker will bring the concept to Boston.
The shopping experience provides what the brands are calling a "window to what's next," offering early access to upcoming product. Once reserved, the shoe are dispensed in safety deposit-style boxes, housed in gold foil shoe boxes sealed with a notary sticker. Included in the Boston launch is the Nike Foamposite One "Big Bang" via the Foot Locker App's Launch Reservation system, which doesn't drop until February.
Sneakeasy will be open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. from Jan. 3 through Jan. 5 at 539 Tremont St in Boston.
