These Foamposites Celebrate the Year of the Dog

Whether the Foamposite is past its prime or not, Nike continues to seemingly give as many new treatments to the '90s basketball silhouette as possible. The latest colorway to hit the Foamposite One is one inspired by Chinese New Year. 

To fit the theme, this pair's Foam shell strays away from the traditional solid colorways in favor of an all-over graphic print. It appears to have a yellow, blue, and purple fade that moves from the toe to the heel. It also displays imagery like flowers and fireworks in celebration of the Lunar New Year, not unlike the graphics see throughout the rest of Nike's Chinese New Year offerings that include the Air Jordan 6, Air Force 1, Air Jordan 32, and Nike SF-AF1. 

An exact release date has not been announced, but expect the Nike Air Foamposite One "Chinese New Year" release to coincide with the upcoming February celebration.
