Rumors began to circulate at the tail end of 2017 about a potential collaboration between Fear of God's Jerry Lorenzo and Nike following a comment by the designer on Instagram. After the brand's successful work with Virgil Abloh, working with another popular designer in the fashion space seems like a logical next step. Now, there is more information that might indicate there is a Fear of God x Nike project on the way in 2018.
According to @py_rates on Twitter, the initial offering from the partnership will be releasing some time in Fall/Winter 2018. It's worth noting that the products listed are all apparel, but sneakers will more than likely be a part of the collaboration as well. Regardless, the initial release is fairly substantial with shirts, hoodies, pants, shorts, and jackets all being confirmed by the product list.
This news comes after Lorenzo's subsequent denial of a confirmation, followed by more hinting towards it. Still, Lorenzo and Nike have yet to officially confirm the project.
