LeBron James' sneaker choices of late have been nostalgia-inducing, between last night's social media flex of the "SVSM" colorway of his first model and his in-game wear of a Nike LeBron 15 that references an earlier design in his signature history.
The shoe points back to 2006's Nike Zoom LeBron 4 "Graffiti," a New York City-themed pair that wore stylized writing on the midsole. This pair is subtler with the treatment, putting the graffiti text on the Zoom bag.
While James took to the court against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night in his "Graffiti" Nike LeBron 15, a couple of Nike employees, including product line manager Tim Day and Nike LeBron designer Jason Petrie, took to Instagram to show off pictures of the sneakers.
