After receiving an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau for its practices, it looks like Big Baller Brand has another obstacle in its quest to become a legitimate sportswear company. The startup imprint is now being sued for allegedly not paying for screen-printing services provided by fellow Chino Hills company Closet Collection, according to a report at the Los Angeles Times

Closet Collection is the company responsible for screen-printing all of the BBB-branded goodies for sale on the brand's online store. It filed a breach of contract lawsuit in San Bernardino County Superior Court back in November 2017, alleging that Big Baller Brand owes almost $25,000 for an estimated 2,500 hats, T-shirts, and other apparel pieces that were produced but not paid for. The lawsuit states that Closet Collection was helping Big Baller Brand with storage and brand management during this time period as well.

"When it came time to make payments, they kind of bailed," a company representative told the LA Times. "We tried for about three months. They said they would make payment about seven times. They just kept pushing it back and kept pushing it back."

While it's not been a good start to 2018 for LaVar Ball, at least Lonzo, LaMelo, and LiAngelo are doing well for themselves at the moment. Lonzo's stats have seen a slight uptick in the past few games after his less-than-stellar start for the Los Angeles Lakers, and LaMelo and LiAngelo just made their official pro debuts in Lithuania for Prienai Vytautas
