Jordan Brand may be taking more liberties with the Air Jordan 1 on this, a never-before-seen take on Michael Jordan's first sneaker that trades the laces for a zipper down the tongue. It also switches the tongue's branding around, moving the "Nike Air" off the top and onto the side.
The leaker account where this Air Jordan 1 appears to have originated—@SneakerJamz on Instagram—does not have a particularly long history of credible leaks, but images of the shoe were picked up by other accounts, adding credence to the possibility of this as a future release.
There is no Jordan release date available for this model yet, or even a window in which it might arrive on sneaker shelves.
