It's safe to say that nobody was anticipating the Jordan Future coming back to close out 2017. And yet, the modern Jordan silhouette based on the Air Jordan 11's DNA is on shelves again, with these two colorways just popping up on nike.com.
The Jordan Future first released in 2014 to generally positive responses, a rarity for Jordan sneakers that aren't strict retros. The model eventually faded away at the end of 2015, and hasn't made much noise since.
Select pairs of the Jordan Future—chief among them the Jordan Brand Classic version of the sneaker—still go for decent money on the resell market.
Note that sneaker release date calendars originally had these two colorways arriving on Jan. 6, as previously reported by Sole Collector.
