A thief walked away from Niketown New York with an entire box full of this weekend's Air Jordan 11 "Win Like '96" release on Monday night.
A surveillance video posted by the New York Post shows one man in the store easily grabbing a box from the pile, while another stood by and took watch. According to police, the theft took place around 10 p.m. Authorities also claim the crate contained an estimated $7,200 worth of sneakers. The suspects were still being searched for as of Thursday night.
For anyone who wants to legally obtain a pair of the all-red Air Jordan 11 "Win Like '96," they will be releasing in pretty substantial quantities Saturday, Dec. 9 for $220.
