Artist Daniel Arsham's second project with Adidas is dropping this weekend. Similar to the first collab that released earlier this year, Arsham is reinterpreting the New York silhouette with a more modern twist.

The second shoe of a three-part series between Arsham and Adidas depicting the past, present, and future represents the present with an all-grey colorway. The upper is constructed of neoprene with nubuck paneling wrapping the heel and toe box. This pair also replaces the traditional midsole of the New York runner with grey Boost to align with Adidas' current product.

Along with the sneaker, Adidas has also released the second installment of the three-part Hourglass short film that explores Arsham's life and creative work. This new portion of the film focuses on the present day, and explores Arsham's process behind creating his new shoe in a documentary-style presentation.

The Daniel Arsham x Adidas New York Present will pre-launch on Dec. 8 exclusively at Kith Miami with its wider release coming on Dec. 9 at adidas.com and select retailers for $220. Chapter two of Hourglass can be viewed here.
