While Air Jordan 1s still release in abundance to this day, few people can say that they own an original from 1984 made specifically for Michael Jordan. On the second episode of Sole Collector's One of One series, Kris Arnold tell the story of how he acquired a one-of-one prototype Air Jordan 1 made for the man himself.

Arnold got a hold of the sneaker back when he was working at sports marketing agency ProServ. One day during an office clean out, Arnold spotted two orange Nike boxes destined for the garbage. The Chicago native ended up taking them from the trash pile, and the rest is history. What are they worth? Arnold recently listed the sneaker on eBay with a $50,000 asking price.
