Nike unveiled new features for NikePlus members on Wednesday. These NikePlus Unlocks upgrade the shopping experience and give fans access to exclusive product. Three new features introduced include "Access to Nike experts on demand," "Exclusive shop," and "Reserved for you."
Experts on demand will give a personalized shopping experience with an actual Nike representative who can help users find specific gear, or make suggestions for something new. Exclusive shop allows members to purchase exclusive kicks, such as the OG colorway of the HyperAdapt 1.0. Users will also have access to members-only NIKEiD customization options on shoes like the Nike ACG Mowabb, the VaporMax, and the Air Force 1. Finally, Nike's reserved for you feature will hold limited sneakers for members, before the release date, based on previous purchases.
