Last month, Jun Takahashi's Gyakusou line debuted the new Gaiter Boot. Now, it looks like Nike will be releasing a women's version of the trail shoe in the near future.
The women's Gaiter Boot takes the all-terrain outsole from the men's pairs, and places it under a high-cut winter boot silhouette. It features a front zipper, and buckle closure that wraps from the heel around the midfoot of the shoe. Designed for snowy weather, they are made out of waterproof materials, and also feature a black inner sock for comfort, mesh tongue for added ventilation, and uppers constructed of textile, synthetic, and leather.
The debut white and barely green pair of the Nike Gaiter Women's Boot is expected to release soon with more colorways likely behind it. Retail will be $250.
