It's been longer than a year and Dexter Fowler has since moved on to a new team, but Jordan Brand didn't forget about his role in helping the Chicago Cubs reverse the curse.
Today, Fowler took to Instagram to show off his latest pickup—Cubs-inspired colorways of the Air Jordan 11 and Air Jordan 12 celebrating the team's victory in last year's World Series. Both shoes feature Fowler-specific details, such as his jersey number '24' and the Cubs' "You Go, We Go" mantra. The more detailed Jordan 12 is also lined with quilted insoles bearing Cubs patches.
For now, these pairs were exclusively made for Fowler and aren't expected to release.
